Philosophy
The driving philosophy in my approach is a firm belief in the untapped potential of people in all settings whether it be an athlete or an individual at work or anyone just working to deal with what life presents to us. The role of effective performance and therapeutic treatment is to facilitate the growth of an individual’s potential.
I take an integrated approach to my client interactions and use a range of conceptual and theoretical frameworks that ensures the client intervention is as comprehensive as is practicable. Importantly I work toward establishing a relationship with the client that ensures they can discuss their issues in a non-judgemental environment.
I firmly believe that taking an integrated approach is critical to individual personal development practices. The application of an integrated approach to all areas of life is unique and I am passionate about working with individuals who want to take their performance in whatever context to the next level.
